For authors
The author workspace brings the steps before submission into one place: screening of the manuscript, preparation to the guidelines of the chosen journal, and submission to an editorial office that works on ASNAP. The English-language edition of the workspace is in preparation; authors can request early access.
What the workspace covers
- Screening. Overlap with published sources, with every matched passage linked to its source; indicators of machine-generated text; a check of the reference list against Crossref. How the figures are produced is described in the methodology.
- Preparation. Text, metadata and references are brought to the author guidelines of the journal you choose: structure, abstract and keywords, reference style, required statements.
- Journal selection. A catalogue of journals with their scope and requirements, built on public lists of journals indexed in Scopus and in the Directory of Open Access Journals.
- Submission. To journals whose editorial offices work on ASNAP, the manuscript is submitted from the workspace together with its screening report; correspondence with the editors stays in one thread.
What ASNAP does not do
- It does not decide on publication. Every decision belongs to the editorial office and its reviewers.
- It does not write or rewrite manuscripts and does not help a text evade screening.
- It does not promise publication in any journal or within any time frame.
Your manuscript
A manuscript and its report are visible to you and, after submission, to the editorial office you submit to. Texts are not added to any comparison database and are not used to train models. Details are in the privacy notice.
Early access
The workspace opens to authors in stages, together with the journals that join the platform. To be included, leave a request through the contact form and tell us your field of research; we write when access is available.
